Buyer Requirements
Documentation Required
- ✓ Letter of Intent (LOI) or ICPO with product specifications, quantity, destination port, and target pricing
- ✓ Company profile including registration documents, business licenses, and operational history
- ✓ KYC and compliance forms including beneficial ownership disclosure and sanctions screening
- ✓ Proof of financial capacity such as bank comfort letters or proof of funds
- ✓ End-user certificate or import licenses where applicable
Standard Process
- Buyer submits LOI/ICPO with complete specifications and requirements
- KYC and compliance documentation exchange and verification
- AEC issues offer with pricing and terms
- Contract negotiation, review, and execution by both parties
